Deviation Actions
Well, last Thursday my Mock trial team went against one of our school's other teams in the semi-finals/ fourth round of regionals. We were on prosecution (which is a disadvantage, since its a hard side to defend and we put most of our time into defense-- not to mention I'm a single-sided witness for defense, so I don't do anything on prosecution), and the judge was a cranky old man, plus the other side had some of the best actors acting as witnesses. All this to say, we lost. *sigh* But on the bright side, Whalen's beloved top team lost! HA! Take that, Whalen!
Anyways, my point in saying this is that this means we're out for the season. So for seventh period at school, instead of MT practice I will have study hall, which means less homework, and more time at home which I can hopefully spend drawing (as soon as some inspiration finally comes around; right now, I've got nothin'. I can't even bring myself to work on Daring much).
On a less related note, there is SO much snow here! I appreciated it while I was snowboarding last night, but now I'm feeling cabin-feverish again (not to mention I have a lot of driveway-shoveling to do). But holy crap there's been so much snow in just a few hours that I'm puzzled as to how its even possible!
Well, that's all for now, and now you know I haven't died.
